Oracle PSU Update

Oracle has published cumulative patches - Patch Set Updates (PSUs) for Oracle Products.

As always, every quarter - recommended bug fixes as well stabiulity and security improvements are included. Make note: comparing with PSU.2017.JAN, PSU for Oracle Database have updates for both DB PSU and OJVM PSU. More details can be found in Oracle publications:
